Warranty, guarantee and its validity?

Warranty and guarantee are essential requirements in our construction services.

We issue a guarantee letter for 36 months with a detailed written tax number:

We issue a letter of guarantee for 12 to 24 months with a detailed written tax number:

• Terrace Renovation, balcony renovation (drunk)
• For cladding (partial)
• Cleaning for painting 

Enforcement of guarantees and warranties:

All defects are guaranteed to be corrected and our company will start to correct the defect within 96 hours of notification. The guarantee only applies to defects resulting from workmanship. The guarantee letter can be validated with a contract and invoice.

If a problem occurs you don't need to do anything else

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• If the customer, the occupants or family members of the house or their guests have caused damage or other direct or indirect injury or damage
• There is damage due to burglary
• In case of fire
• In case of leaking (if the roof was not made by us)
• In condominiums, if a neighbour gets wet or other damage is caused by neighbours
• In the event of a natural disaster
• Nerve damage by criminal damage
• Structural problems, other static or structural problems.
